One touch does the work

A cordless lamp you tap instead of switch, with a ribbed body that glows as one piece.

Tactus, The touch
01

The touch

There is no switch and no dial. Tap the lamp to turn it on, tap to adjust the light. In the dark, that beats hunting for a rocker halfway down a cord.

Tactus, The body
02

The body

Light-transmitting ribbed acrylic in a crystal look. When the LED board comes on, the whole body carries the glow instead of throwing glare from a single point.

Tactus, The charge
03

The charge

A built-in lithium battery charges over USB with the included cable. Charge it wherever there is a port, then run it anywhere. No outlet required at the point of use.

2 finishes

Which one is yours

A swatch tells you the colour. This tells you the room it belongs in.

Tactus in Gold, in a workspace

Tactus in Gold

Warmth, in a deliberately small dose

Gold works on the light a room already has rather than adding any of its own. Keep it to one piece per surface and it reads considered. Put three on the same desk and it reads like a showroom.

Tactus in Black, in a workspace

Tactus in Black

The one you do not have to think about

Black recedes into a desk and lets the work be the loudest thing on it. It is the finish that photographs cleanly on a call, holds up against every wood tone, and is almost never the decision anyone regrets.

Questions

Good to know before you equip.

What is the Tactus made of?

Light-transmitting ribbed acrylic with metallic-finish coatings, not metal or glass. That is a deliberate choice: acrylic is what lets the whole body glow from within when the LED board comes on, and it keeps a lamp you will handle every day light and durable. Lit up, the ribbed body reads like cut crystal, which is the point.

How does the touch control work?

Tap the lamp to switch it on, tap to adjust the light. There is no switch or dial, so there is nothing to find in the dark. The LED board carries both warm and cool-white LEDs, which gives the control real range.

How do I charge it?

Over USB with the included cable, from any USB power source. Once charged, the built-in lithium battery runs the lamp completely cord free. Battery capacity and runtime figures are being confirmed with the manufacturer and will be added here.

What is the difference between Gold and Black?

The glow, not just the finish. Gold has a champagne gold body, a rose-gold cap, and an amber-tinted shade, so its light lands warmer. Black has a smoke body and a chrome cap, and its light lands neutral-warm. Same hardware, same price, different mood.

Is it safe to leave on as a night light?

It runs at low voltage, 36V or less, and night light is one of the jobs it is built for. There is no cord to trip on and no switch to fumble for, which is exactly what you want at 2 a.m.

Where does it work best?

Three places, by design. As a night light on a dresser or nightstand, as a desk light where an outlet is missing or already full, and as an ambient light on a shelf, a windowsill, or a table that needs one deliberate glow.

Do you offer volume pricing?

Yes. Tiered pricing starts at two units and steps down through 100 or more, where the per-unit price is lowest. Because the Tactus needs no outlet, a batch covers hotel nightstands, restaurant tables, or client gifts without an electrician in the conversation.
