Ergovanta uses artificial intelligence as part of how we build and run this store. We would rather be straightforward about that than quiet.

Where we use AI

We use AI tools to help draft and edit product descriptions and marketing copy, to generate and retouch some product and lifestyle imagery, to assist with first drafts of customer support replies, and to help organize our catalog and day to day operations. A person reviews this work before it goes live.

What stays human

Product selection, brand decisions, pricing, and the final approval of anything we publish are made by people. AI assists the work. It does not replace our judgment.

Accuracy

We want every image and description to represent the real product faithfully. If you ever spot something that looks off, tell us and we will correct it.
