Light the wall, not the room

A clean beam up and down the surface, sealed against the weather.

01

Two beams, up and down

Dual LED beams graze the wall above and below the bar for an architectural wash of light. The surface becomes the subject instead of a flat, evenly lit room.

02

Built for the weather

The die-cast aluminum housing is IP65 weatherproof and rated for exterior and wet locations, so it holds up on a facade, a courtyard, or a patio.

03

Recedes by day

A matte black aluminum body keeps the bar low-profile. By daylight it steps back and lets the wall stay the subject; after dark it does the work.

Questions

Good to know before you equip.

Can I use it indoors, or is it only for outside?

Both. It is rated IP65 weatherproof for exterior and wet locations, and the description states it works just as well indoors over a sofa, along a hallway, or beside an entry door. The same up-and-down beam that washes a facade or courtyard reads well on an interior wall.

Which size should I choose?

There are three lengths for three jobs. The 8.1 inch bar (6W) suits tight runs and accent spots, the 16.1 inch (10W) is the everyday wall and entry size, and the 24 inch (20W) anchors a facade column or a long stretch of wall. All three are 2.8 inches wide and 1.8 inches deep.

What does the up-and-down beam actually look like?

It casts a clean beam both up and down the wall, grazing the surface for an architectural wash rather than lighting the whole room. The beam angle is 180 degrees in 3000K warm white. The effect keeps the wall as the subject instead of flooding the space.

How is it mounted?

It surface mounts flat to the wall through the included bracket and screws, so it fixes directly to the surface without a recessed cutout. The matte black aluminum body stays low-profile and recedes by day. As with most hardwired fixtures, expect a wired connection at the wall.

Will it hold up outdoors in rain and weather?

Yes. The housing is die-cast aluminum with a frosted lens, rated IP65 for exterior and wet locations, so it is built to take the weather on an entry, facade, courtyard, or patio. The IP65 rating covers rain and splashing in those settings.

What input voltage does it run on?

It accepts a universal input of 85 to 265V, so it works across standard residential mains. That wide range means you do not have to match it to a specific regional voltage. It is a wired fixture, so plan for a connection at the mounting point.

What is the light quality like?

The LEDs run at 3000K warm white with a CRI of 80, which suits an architectural wash over an entry or wall rather than task lighting. The warm tone is meant to graze the surface and read well at night. There is no listed color-change or dimming option, so plan on a fixed warm beam.
