The Right Hand
The setup of the person whose job is to keep everything moving for
everyone else. Executive assistant, office manager, operations lead,
chief of staff. Calendar visible, two or three monitors, multiple
devices, a microphone always ready for the next call. Lots of small
tools because the day has a hundred small tasks in it. The desk says
"this person knows where every file lives."
