How high does it raise my laptop?
The height is stepless from roughly 4.5 cm flat to about 31 cm tall (1.8 in to 12.2 in), and the locking joint holds every point in between. That range lets you bring the screen up toward eye level or keep it low for typing.
Will the height hold, or does it sag under a heavier laptop?
The damped hinge stays put, and the locking joint grips harder the heavier the load gets. So the screen does not creep down through the afternoon, even with a larger machine on it.
Is it stable enough to type on at full height?
