How is it powered, and does it need to stay plugged in?
It is cordless, running on a built-in lithium battery that recharges over USB-C. That makes it a fit for the spots where outlets are scarce, since it does not need to stay tethered to the wall while in use.
How tall is it, and where does it fit?
The slender column reaches 38 cm (14.96 in) tall on a 10 cm (3.94 in) footprint. It is built for a desk, console, bedside table, or a hotel room work nook where a taller light reads better than a squat one.
Can I adjust the brightness and the color of the light?
Yes to both. Hold the top to slide brightness up and down, and tap to step through three warmths, from cool 6500K to neutral 4500K to warm 3000K. Level and tone are set independently.
Will it work outside on a patio or terrace?
It is rated IP54, splash and rain resistant, and the shade caps the body so weather stays out. That means it holds up on a patio, terrace, or outdoor table, not only the desk.
Is the light easy on the eyes for long work sessions?
It uses high color rendering with no visible flicker, so the light stays soft and true. That holds through a long stretch of work or a slow dinner.
What colors does it come in?
Five matte-metallic colorways: Black, White, Gold, Silver, and Brown. The body itself is brushed aluminum under the matte finish.
How long does the LED last, and how do I clean it?
The integrated LED is rated for roughly a 20,000-hour lifespan, so it is not a bulb you plan to replace. To clean, wipe it with a soft dry cloth and do not submerge it.
