Will this fit my office chair?
The cushion measures 17.3 x 16.5 x 12.6 in (44 x 42 x 32 cm, W x D x H), sized to sit on a standard task chair seat, with the 12.6 in backrest resting against the chair back. Measurements are taken by hand, so allow 1-2 cm of variance. At 1.9 lb it also moves easily between an office chair, a study seat, and a car seat.
What is it actually made of?
The core is molded memory foam, formed in one piece rather than cut from sponge sheet, so the seat, backrest, and contours hold their shape. The cover is a breathable polyester sweatshirt knit that comes off for washing. No frame, no straps.
Does it really help with posture, or is it just padding?
It is zoned, not just padded. The back section is shaped for spine support, the seat is contoured, and raised side bolsters position the hips while easing pressure along the legs. The one-piece build keeps seat and backrest aligned, which encourages a more upright sit through a long block.
What is the cutout under the seat for?

How do I wash it?
The cover comes off and takes a gentle machine or hand wash in cold water (30C). No bleach, no tumble dry, no dry cleaning. The foam core never gets washed. Air the core out in the shade for 2 to 3 hours every month or two, and keep it out of direct sun.
Will it slide forward on my chair?
The base is anti-slip specifically to keep the cushion from sliding forward on a task chair. That said, grip depends on your seat surface, so a very slick chair may still see some movement. On most fabric or standard office seats it stays put.
What colors does it come in?
Two options: Light Gray, a uniform pale heather, and Dark Gray, a uniform charcoal heather. Both read clean against most chairs and desks. Pick the one that blends with your setup.
What comes in the box?
The cushion, nothing else. It ships compressed to a smaller pack and expands once opened. If it carries a new-product smell out of the packaging, air the core and cover separately for 2 to 3 days and it dissipates.
