How does it mount?
With a C-clamp on the back edge of the desk. It fits desktops up to 2.36 inches thick and grips through an ultra-thin 0.07 inch pad, so it holds firm without marking the surface. No drilling, no base.
Does it really take zero desk space?
Yes. The clamp sits behind the desk edge and the pole rises from there, so the footprint a normal lamp base would occupy stays clear for actual work.
How big is it?
The light bar is 17 inches, the flexible gooseneck is 17 inches, and the lower pole is 13 inches. That is enough reach to put the bar over a keyboard, a drawing surface, or a workbench area and hold it there.
Can I adjust the light?
Steplessly, in both directions. Brightness runs from 10 to 100 percent and color temperature sweeps from 2700K warm to 6500K cool, set by touch control or the inline controller pod on the cable.
How is it powered?
Over USB, with an inline controller pod on the cable. A wall adapter is included, and it also runs from any powered USB port, so it works at a desk, a dorm, or a workbench without hunting for the right outlet.
What is the light source?
A 10W full-spectrum LED, per the maker, rated flicker-free per the maker. Combined with the stepless dimming and the 2700K-6500K range, you set the exact light the task needs.
Do you offer volume pricing for offices?
