What is the difference between the Blue and Gray options?
Both are smooth-glazed ceramic that reads like polished stone, just in different palettes. Blue is a navy gradient and Gray is a stone gradient, so it comes down to which tone suits the shelf or desk you are placing it on.
Will it slide around or scratch my shelf?
Anti-slip pads on the base steady the lamp and keep the glazed ceramic from scratching a credenza or finished shelf. The moon orb also lifts off the stack and seats cleanly back down, so you can move the two pieces separately when you reposition it.
